Corporate Support

Ford’s Theatre Society is a private 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to celebrating the legacy of President Abraham Lincoln and exploring the American experience through theatre and education. While ticket sales account for a portion of the costs associated with its artistic and educational programs, the generous support of corporate partners helps to ensure that Ford’s remains a world class center for arts and learning, and the ideal location to explore Lincoln’s values and leadership principles.

Production Sponsorship
Each season, Ford’s Theatre produces four mainstage productions focusing on the American experience through theatre. Benefits of sponsorship include:

  • Board of Governors membership for one year
  • Increased access to the invitation-only VIP Opening of the sponsored production
  • Complimentary tickets to performances throughout the run of the sponsored production for employees, clients and friends

On average, our on-site programs, community outreach and distance-learning workshops reach more than 215,000 students and teachers both locally and across the country, with a special focus on children from underserved communities. Corporations may support the efforts of Ford’s Theatre to increase students’ knowledge of history and improve leadership and oratorical skills through the sponsorship of our education programming. Education sponsors receive customizable benefits, such as:

  • Board of Governors membership for one year
  • A special event for company held in conjunction with a key education program
  • Logo placement on Ford’s Theatre website, as space permits
