In honor of Abraham Lincoln’s birthday, students from 3rd through 8th grade classrooms across the metro D.C. area perform a selection of historical speeches by Lincoln and other important orators on the Ford’s Theatre stage.
The February 8 performance will feature 3rd through 5th grade students from the District of Columbia’s Barnard Elementary, Ludlow Taylor Elementary, Two Rivers Public Charter School and Tyler Elementary.
The February 9 performance will feature 6th through 8th grade students from the District of Columbia’s Ida B. Wells Middle School and Lee Montessori Public Charter School, Maryland’s Murch Elementary School, and Virginia’s Fairhill Elementary, George Washington Middle School, and Mosaic Elementary.
