Student Matinee Application Form

We look forward to welcoming your school to a Ford’s Theatre student matinee performance. This application is not a guarantee of tickets. The Education team will send out an email confirmation along with a Letter of Agreement to be signed by your school administrator. In order to serve as many schools as possible, there will be a limit of two classrooms per school allotted tickets for the performance.
